HONOLULU — A Hawaii man is accused of killing an apartment landlord during an eviction fight on Sunday, authorities said. Kendall Terralle Gray, 23, was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the beating death of 64-year-old Alvin Matsumoto, according to Honolulu Police Department online arrest logs.
